TICKETS
Tickets for the VOGELBALL are sold exclusively by Kopf & Steine GmbH (KuS or organizer) and by ticket dealers authorized by KuS. The sale of tickets is subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions.
With the purchase of a ticket, a contractual relationship is established exclusively between KuS and the ticket purchaser for the visit to VOGELBALL. With the purchase and payment of the ticket, the customer acquires a right to attend the VOGELBALL. Upon payment, the customer receives the admission ticket. This serves the customer as proof of the right of access to the festival area. The customer is obliged to keep the ticket in a safe place. Resale of the admission ticket and the associated assignment of the right to admission to the festival is not permitted.
With the purchase of the ticket, the customer acknowledges the organizer’s domiciliary rights as well as the festival regulations of the organizer. The organizer points out that the consumption of alcoholic beverages not purchased on the festival premises is prohibited. The consumption and use of drugs prohibited by the Narcotics Act is also prohibited. The orders of the organizer have to be obeyed. In case of violation of the house rules and these general terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to expel the customer/visitor from the festival area.
YOUTH PROTECTION
Children and adolescents under 16 years of age may only be on the festival grounds in the company of their legal guardians or with the written permission of their legal guardians and in the company of a legal guardian of full age.
Adolescents between the ages of 16 and 18 are only allowed to stay on the festival grounds after midnight with the written permission of their legal guardian.
With this written permission a copy of the identity card of the legal guardian has to be presented.
Furthermore, festival visitors are obliged to identify themselves upon request of the organizer or a third party commissioned by the organizer.
PHOTO AND FILM
Photography is generally permitted on the festival grounds for private use. Allowed are 35mm cameras, SLR cameras and cell phones with camera function. All recordings made without the explicit permission of the organizer or the artists are prohibited. As a consequence, criminal proceedings will be taken against the publication.
USE OF SOUND AND IMAGE RECORDINGS
The visitor irrevocably consents to the free use of his/her image and voice for photographs, live transmissions, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organizer, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as to their subsequent exploitation in all present and future media (such as, in particular, in the form of sound and image carriers as well as digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet).
SECURITY AND ORDER
The following items are prohibited on the festival grounds:
Glass containers of any kind, canisters, cans and other drinking containers (except PET bottles), hard packaging, other heavy containers, flares, pyrotechnics, weapons of any kind, other dangerous objects. There is a deposit on beverage cups.
Bag checks will take place.
All commercial activities are strictly prohibited on the premises, unless they are contractually agreed with the organizer.
Climbing on stage, trusses, trees or similar is prohibited. Likewise, stage divas and crowd surfing are not permitted for safety reasons. Those who disobey the regulations must expect exclusion from the festival. The refund of the festival ticket and the making of a claim for damages is excluded in this case.
The organizer is not liable for health and/or body damages, property damages and financial losses of the visitor. This does not apply if the damage to the visitor is due to a breach of the organizer’s duty of care. In this case, the organizer is liable for injuries to body and health for intentional and negligent breaches of duty. Otherwise, the organizer shall only be liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. The above provisions shall also apply to employees and vicarious agents commissioned by the organizer.
In the event of acute danger of overcrowding, the organizer may restrict areas of the grounds, including stages, for example. Since it is not possible to predict in advance how many visitors are expected at individual events, no claims for damages can be made.
Festival visitors are aware of the loudness of such an event and attend at their own risk. We recommend wearing earplugs. The organizer is not liable for any hearing or health damage that may occur.
The organizer is not liable for parked vehicles and damage to vehicles. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for stolen and lost property.
In case of violations against the legal regulations and the general terms and conditions of the organizer, an expulsion from the festival area is not excluded.
In said case, claims for damages as well as the refund of the festival price are excluded.
